National Library Week and International Languages Week

From this week we will be starting our regular weekly trips to our local library to celebrate National library week, we will post some photos on here later so make sure you come back next week to have a look!

We will also be focusing on various languages, especially afrikaans as Africa is our focus in the Preschool at the moment. We also have a French speaking family just starting with us so we will be looking at French words as well as Te Reo which we use everyday.

Our Preschool teacher Amy brought in her Piano accordion for the children to hear, Amy taught them about the keys, the base and the bellows. Amy played familiar songs to the children in which they could sing to.
